PsyTerra Platform Public Offer — v1.0 PsyTerra Platform (hereinafter — "PTP", the "Platform") is an online marketplace that allows specialists in the field of psychological assistance to publish information about themselves, and persons in need of such assistance to find and contact such specialists. PTP acts as an intermediary, not as a provider of psychological services. Services are provided by the specialist directly to the client on the specialist's own terms. PTP bears no responsibility for the content, quality, or outcome of consultations between the specialist and the client. Registration on the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer. 1. Account and Accuracy of Information. The user is obliged to provide accurate information upon registration and to keep it up to date. Transferring account access to third parties is prohibited. 2. Rules of Conduct. The following are prohibited: publication of false or misleading information; harassment, threats, or discrimination against other participants; any actions that violate the law or harm the reputation of the Platform. 3. Confidentiality. PTP processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Data is not shared with third parties, except in cases provided for by law. 4. Changes to the Offer. PTP reserves the right to amend the terms of this offer with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 5. Suspension of Access. PTP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to an account in the event of a violation of this offer.
